No Doubt a Rock Star

Supplies needed:
Tube of choice

Scrap kit called Vix_RockPrincess

from Vix Download it from Here

and last I'm using one of Missy's Templates-213

Download it from Here

Plugin Xero Radiance

Let's Begin:

Open template#213 in your PSP
Copy the template by SHIFT + d
Close the original template

You can resize later if you need too

Delete the copyright info

Add a new layerLayers palette / Arrange /

Send to bottom Flood fill with the color white

Magic wand click on circle
Copy and past paper of choice
Selections/ float / Selections /defloat /
Selections/ modify /smooth 4

Selections invert/ delete/ Selections/ select none

Repite same step with the star frame and star background
Use paper of choice

Copy and paste tube of choice
Resizes 70% and put it to left or right
Where you like Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Now grab the magic wand again click on the star
Copy and paste the same tube this time DON”T resizes
Paste it in the middle of the start
Selections/ invert/ selections / delete

Punglins Xero/radiance with the following settings
Strangeness – 198
Charm – 10
Truth – 25
Beauty – 136

Drop shadow
V-0
H-0
Opacity - 45
Blur - 7.92Color – black

You can use any element you like from the scrap kit

remember to use drop shadow

Add your name and copyright

Merge all layers

Save as .png
